How did GTB start

GTB Auto Electrics started in 2012.  We wanted to create an auto electrical business that allowed our knowledge and skills to meet the demands of customers, in an honest and reliable way for the long term.  Establishing relationships with customers and suppliers has helped us maintain a strong presence within the Bowen Basin for over 10 years.

We are now highly regarded in the industry and have a reputation of high quality workmanship, cost effective measures, thinking outside of the box and always striving for the best solution.

TL4 Air Purifier

The BreatheSafe TL air purifier & ​pressuriser is designed to pressure pure air into the cabin in relation to ambient pressure. This overpressure in the cabin prevents dust leaking into the cabin or cabinet. 

Removing, both inhalable and respirable dust, dust sizing from over 100 microns down to below 0.1 microns. Independent testing as per EN1822 has shown that our TL4 Filters have a minimum efficiency of 99.9​95% ​for particles with diameters greater than or equal to 0.3 microns.

INPRESS TS Montior / Controller

– Real-time CO2 monitoring & pressure control

– Intelligently compensates fan speed output

Automatically controls the ​pressuriser’s motor speed to maintain ​a preset ​enclosure pressure. ​Displays important enclosure parameters such as pressure, CO2 concentration and motor load. ​Provides visual ​alerts and audible alarms if the pressure drops below the required set point.

HEPA Return Air Filter

– Filters Re-circulated Enclosure Air

Installed to scrub the air in the cabin as well as to reduce decay time, (The time it takes to return the cabin air quality to baseline after a door or window opening). All our standard kits come standard with an upgrade kit to swap out the OEM return air filter to a high-efficiency filter. Back in 2012, we led the way when we started offering these products as part of our standard kit.

Currently, we believe we have the widest range of adaptor kits available in the industry. Back in 2012, we supplied high-efficiency but sub-HEPA grade filters, currently we offer H13 untested & H14 Tested as per EN1822 filter options.

Custom-made Mounting Kit

– Specific Design for every Machine

– High-Quality Custom Mounting System

With most machines, we have not been involved in the design phase of the cabin and are required to develop our designs to suit them. Design constraints include, not being able to drill, cut or weld the cabin frame (as they are ROPS & FOPS compliant). This means we must be inventive in how we attach any of our mounting assembly to the cabin frame. In most instances, we re-use existing mounting points or lifting eyes as well as clamping. We cannot stress this point enough, we have witnessed cutting, drilling & welding on cabins many times over the years. Once this happens it normally means that the CABIN or ROPS will have to be swapped out as they will have lost their engineering approvals.

VacSafe Vacuum

– HEPA Grade Filter

– Capturing extremely small, micron-sized particles

The VacSafe vacuum prevents changing of filters as often due to excess dust the operator brings in. Vacuum the boots and clothes of the operator, the floor and the seat before the operation even begin, to assure operator safety and save money on filter replacement.

Vacsafe HEPA Vacuum Cleaner 240 volt differs from conventional vacuums in that it contains a HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filter that is capable of trapping extremely small, micron-sized particles.  A true HEPA filter can trap 99.97 per cent of all airborne particles larger than 0.3 microns.
